Elegant apartment situated on the ground floor of a Venetian 'palazzo' in the heart of the San Polo district, just a few steps from the Rialto fish and fruit market. From the large corridor, with old typical columns and exposed beam ceilings, you can enter all the rooms: the modern kitchen equipped with dish washer, gas hobs, electrical oven, toaster and blender; a large bathroom with bathtub with shower and the two bedrooms.

The first bedroom, which overviews one of the secret gardens of Venice, has a two single beds (that can be made into one double bed), a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The other bedroom has a glass door/window that overlooks a courtyard. This bedroom has two single beds that can be made into one double bed, and has satellite TV.

Refundable security deposit

A refundable security deposit of €250.00 is payable on arrival at the property (credit card authorisation). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.

General Information:

• Normal arrival times are between 15:00 (3:00pm) and 19:30 (7:30 pm). Departure is by 10:00 on the day of departure. You will be met at the closest boat (Vaporetto) stop, unless you arrange a transfer in which event you will be met at the closest point to the apartment (please apply for water taxi prices)
• Please note that the two bedroom apartment does not have access to the private garden

Services included and extras:

• Final cleaning fees of €75.00 for the two bedroom apartments are not included in weekly rental and are payable locally.
• The consumption of electricity, gas and water is included in the apartment rental price
• Heating and air-conditioning use are included in weekly apartment rental prices
• Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking (usually €55 to 23:00 and €70 thereafter). Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 70.00 payable to the local manager;
• Baby cots can be requested and a supplement of €70 per stay is payable on arrival. Please note that linen is not provided for cots. Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager.
• Amongst our staff, we have some excellent cooks who are available to prepare home cooked meals in your apartment incorporating typical Venetian dishes. Costs are based on time and ingredients - please apply.
