How we OperateVacanze in Villa operates as an intermediary between villa and apartment owners and holiday renters, both of whom we call our clients. Our objective is to provide satisfaction to both sides and enter into fruitful long term relationships with each. In order to meet our objectives our holding group, the Meridiana Services Group has created a structure which services the needs of both villa owners and holiday renters. Property Management This division is occupied with aspects of property quality and management, sourcing new properties, new areas, owner rapport, training and liaison with property owners. Commercial The commercial department manages all aspects of promotion of the villas through its various sales channels (it supplies other tour operators, agents and directly to the public) and management of the booking process. Customer Service Our resident client service managers are responsible for all aspects relating the management of the properties. They are the backbone of our organisation, fluent in various foreign languages and are trained to meet with the requirements of the most demanding clients. Administration Once you have booked your holiday, your booking is passed over to the administration department who will co-ordinate with our client service managers to cater for your specific needs as well as liaising with you regarding documentation and payment. Together, they will cater for special requests, providing further information, route maps and instructions for arriving at the meeting place, booking transport or transfers, starter packs of food, bookings etc. Back
