Puglia, as it is known in Italian, is an enchanting region located in the southeast heel of Italy. Scattered throughout the countryside are unusual cone-shaped stone dwellings called Trulli. Whitewashed with slate dome roofs featuring mystical signs, these rural buildings are unique to Puglia and create fairy-tale scenes across the land.
