Making a booking in a rental villa or apartment with Vacanze in Villa is as easy as sending us a booking request, agreeing to the terms and conditions and sending us a deposit.If you have already stayed with us, or have been referred by someone who has, don't forget to include details on the booking form so that we can reward them the next time they visit us.1. If you have used our villa browser to locate your preferred property, or wish to send us a general enquiry, the first step is to complete a Booking or Query form from the villa page that you are interested in or simply fill in the one below.
We will verify the availability and suitability of the property or area you have selected in accordance with criteria you have given us and respond to you with the current availability and any other alternatives we think you should consider. We will also ask whether you want us to hold the property whilst you make up your mind, or look at alternative structures.
2. Terms and Conditions
If you decide that you would like to go ahead and book your holiday rental accommodation with Vacanze in Villa, we will request a booking form (can be emailed from the villa page or below) and your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, without which we cannot proceed.
3. Payment of Deposit
In addition, a deposit of 30% of the total rental sum is required in order to confirm the booking. This must be received within the hold period to ensure you do not run the risk of losing the booking. Payments from countries outside the UK should be made by direct credit transfer, telegraphic transfer or SWIFT payment to our account, or can be paid by credit card using our online payment system. Our prices are net of all bank charges and therefore it is imperative that you pay all costs of the transfer at the time of making the deposit.It is important that you read the terms and conditions, particularly as regards cancellation and payment of balances.
