This apartment is ideal for those who are travelling without a car and can take advantage of its central location to explore the surroundings on foot or public transport.

The entrance opens into a small corridor, leading to a kitchen/dining room and an adjoining open plan sitting room, well lit and with sliding doors opening onto a balcony, with views over the sea. A further set of French doors open onto another balcony on the other side.

A double bedroom (A/C) with French doors provide access to the same balcony which also has views over part of the town and the sea. A set of steps leads up to a mezzanine floor with a small twin room with a window opening onto the ancient alley that leads to the house with the cathedral and the Ziro tower on the background.

• The house is in the town centre, all essentials ( bars, shops, and post office) are nearby. Regular bus service operates from the nearby Flavio Gioia square to the other towns in the region:
• Ravello 5 Km, Scala 5 Km, Sorrento 35 Km, Salerno 27 Km, Positano Km, Naples airport 60 Km, Rome Fiumicino 320Km
• Ferries and hydrofoil run daily from Amalfi to Capri (1 h.), Positano (20 min.), Ischia (2 h) and Salerno (1 h.) The services operate only during Summer.

Refundable security deposit

A refundable security deposit of € 300.00 is payable on arrival at the villa (can be in equivalent $US or £GBP). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.

Additional services and charges - payable locally on arrival (in Euros):

• Final cleaning: € 60.00 per week
• One set of bed and bath linen per week is included in the rental cost. Additional changes can be requested and will be charged at €12.00 per change per person;
• Late arrival fees – we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
• Telephone - not available;
• Electricity and air-conditioning costs are included in villa rental;
• The property is not equipped with heating.
