Description The rich red soil is planted with ancient and imposing olive trees, with white washed trulli punctuating its vast fields and orchards. Trullo Fiorito consists of two structures with separate entrances joined by a connecting room between. The first is the original two hundred year old stone trullo, with a double bedroom, a bathroom and an open plan room for lounge, dining and kitchen. The adjoining trullo has been more recently constructed and is more spacious, incorporating two double bedrooms, a bathroom and an open plan living area. Both trulli have fully equipped kitchens and large bathrooms with access to an adjoining large utility room containing washing machine and laundry facilities. Having been through a complete refurbishment, the property has a modern and cool feel, yet it retains the beauty and simplicity of the original structure in respect to the surrounding countryside. The outdoor area is very appealing - the front yard paved in local stone, is beautifully lit up at night and equipped with high quality garden furniture. The pool is surrounded by a large terrace, complete with sun loungers and a huge market umbrella. The property also has a partially covered outdoor eating area with a large table and chairs, cooking area with barbecue, sink and preparation bench. This is a very inviting spot for dining al fresco or sipping a cocktail, while the sun sets over the hills. A small roof terrace is another great spot for relaxation.

Locorotondo
The town seems out of a fairytale: tiny streets, paved with shiny white stone and lined by lime washed houses, creates a great contrast against the blue sky and the intense colour of bright geraniums adorning almost every balcony. All around you can feel the sense of order, respect and mature civility that surrounds small treasures of art and simple Mediterranean architecture. > more
Alberobello
Alberobello does not need much introduction as it is widely known as the home of the Trullo, a type of cylindrical construction in dry rock with a conical roof. Often constructed in series of trulli joined together with interconnecting rooms, the history of the trullo has more myth than factual history attached to it.> more
