A series of stairs lead off the marbled laneway to a small courtyard (approx 2 x 2.5m). The doorway directly ahead leads into a large bedroom which could also be described as a studio apartment (40sqm) as it is fully furnished with a desk, entertainment system and large bathroom. An internal door provides access to the stairwell of the apartment. Down a few steps on the ground floor is a kitchen with a four ring gas stove, (no oven) and dining table which looks over the street and also opens out onto the small courtyard.

Upstairs, under vaulted ceilings are a a beautifully decorated double bedroom, opening to a small balcony, a single bedroom with a window and a bathroom, (jacuzzi tub and combined shower),

It is important to note that as with most of the traditional dwellings of the centre, Apartment Musici does not have a living room. The bedrooms are large and well equipped with comfortable chairs and entertainment centres and social exchanges tend to happen in the many piazzas, gardens and during the passeggiata.

Please note that the price is for an occupancy of 4 guests. A supplement may be payable on the 5th person - please enquire.

Refundable security deposit

A refundable security deposit of €100 is payable on arrival at the apartment (can be in equivalent $US or £GBP). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.

Notes regarding the rental accommodation

• Prices shown are for 5 guests. Shorter period rentals and discounts for smaller groups of 4, 3 or 2 guests are available. Please send us a query and we'll advise the availability and confirm prices.
• The rental price includes all expenses of energy, cleaning and linen. The apartments are cleaned daily with a change of towells.
• Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
• Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager;
• Our area manager is onhand to assist with bookings, advice and other assistance that may be required.
