A pullout couch provides additional bedding for a guest. The beach is at walking distance from the villa through olive groves, whilst towards the hinterland, the hill village of Ostuni is only 4 km distant.

Refundable security depositA refundable security deposit of € 155.00 is payable on arrival at the villa (can be in equivalent $US or £GBP). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras. Additional services and charges - payable locally on arrival (in Euros):- There are no additional cleaning fees
- One set of bed and bath linen per week is included in the rental cost. Additional changes can be requested and will be charged at €6.00 per change per person;
- Late arrival fees. We will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;

Other information- A pool is currently being planned and should be completed by summer 2007 (bonus)
- Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager;
