DescriptionSituated about 300 mts off the road, this elegant Apulian villa has an impressive entrance through high perimeter walls and magnificent gates into a large courtyard. A grand double staircase brings to the first floor, housing the apartments. The reception room, featuring vaulted ceilings and paved stone floors, is elegantly furnished with two sofas, a writing desk and opens to the three apartments, of which two are intercommunicating. The villa has a very warm feel and is furnished with original antiques kept in mint conditions, Persian rugs, beautiful chandeliers coming from the owner's family heritage. While the apartments are on the first floor, the large barns on the ground floor of the villa are used for agricultural activities (crops only) of the olive farm. The villa features some magnificent internal courtyards, one of which is an ancient orange grove, whilst the others are soon to offer a solarium and swimming pool.

The majestic whitewashed town of Ostuni is situated on three hills and enjoys an excellent panorama over the Adriatic sea and the surrounding fields of ancient olive trees. To anyone travelling on the road that runs along the stretch of the Adriatic Coast north of Brindisi, Ostuni appears like some kind of white, bright mirage on the horizon. Refundable security deposit A refundable security deposit of € 300.00 is payable on arrival at the villa (can be in equivalent $US or £GBP). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.
Additional services and charges - payable locally on arrival (in Euros): - There are no additional cleaning fees;
- One set of bed and bath linen per week is included in the rental cost. Additional changes can be requested and will be charged at €6.00 per change per person;
- Late arrival fees. We will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
