DescriptionLa Piccola Fiorita boasts an extensive and private terrace with shaded area, equipped with garden furniture, where one enjoys glorious views of the magic village of Positano. The apartment is furnished with a mix of antique and modern furniture. From the street level one climbs a set of stairs up to the entrance of the villa. A large terrace with bougainvillea and lemon covered pergola leads down to the entrance of the kitchen and lounge room. Further on a long panoramic terrace leads down the whole side of the living room and is equipped with a dining table and chairs. The living room has an open fireplace and homely divans and lounge chairs. A stair case leads up to the first floor bedrooms (airconditioned) which are nicely decorated and both look out over the terrace and Positano towards the sea. The bathroom is on this level. The villa has laundry facilities, internet access and central heating for winter habitation.

Special Notes for La Piccola Fiorita, Amalfi, Positano, ItalyPlease refer to our Terms and Conditions in respect to additional charges and extras applicable to rental villas and apartment accommodation. Refundable security depositA refundable security deposit of € 250.00 is payable on arrival at the villa (can be in equivalent $US or £GBP). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras. Additional services and charges - payable locally on arrival (in Euros):- Cleaning fees are included in rental price with 3 hours of maid service 3 times during the week, final cleaning on Saturdays and on departure;
- One set of bed and bath linen per week is included in the rental cost. Additional changes can be requested and will be charged at €6.00 per change per person;
- Late arrival fees – we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
- Telephone - not available;
- Electricity and air conditioning are included;
- Heating, if required is available at €120.00 per week.
Other information- Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager;
- Boats and bikes hire, food hampers, cooking and many other services mentioned on our booking form can be pre-arranged and prices will be provided on application.
