A large swimming pool is set on the main terrace, similarly suspended in this magic scenery. The apartment is architecturally designed and decorated with a mix of antiques and modern furniture, providing a very stylish atmosphere. It boasts a terrace with full views and elegant furnishing, from which one can enjoy the Wagner concerts played at dusk at the nearby Villa Rufolo.

Refundable security depositA refundable security deposit of € 250.00 is payable on arrival at the villa. The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras. Additional services and charges - payable locally on arrival (in Euros):- Cleaning: Eur 60 per week;
- One set of bed and bath linen per week is included in the rental cost. Additional changes can be requested and will be charged at €6.00 per change per person;

- Electricity is included in the villa rental price;

- Late and Sunday arrival: we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;

It is located in one of the most beautiful valleys of the Amalfi Coast, and the valley opens up to an equally magnificent stretch of coastline. Situated approximately 14 km from Sorrento, the Nerano locality is a primarily agricultural/fishing community which in bygone centuries had little to do with its neighbouring areas. Blessed by a pleasant climate, wonderful outlook and steep sun drenched descent towards the sea it was the enclave of a small number of families who handed down their interests from generation to generation.
