Description A few steps lead down from the secure parking area to the front door on the ground floor of the villa that leads into an open sitting/dining room paved with original hand-made majolica tiles. Doors open out onto a partially covered terrace, equipped with wicker sofas, armchairs and tables and chairs. Next to the living room is a well equipped kitchen leading onto a further terrace with panoramic views and furnished with a large outdoor dining table and retractable awning. The interiors are furnished with antique furniture, old paintings, original artworks and high-quality furnishings that, with all the modern conveniences, combine to create a welcoming , cosy and homely atmosphere . The floors are covered with typical majolica tiles which have splendid designs and colours, and which are hand made by local artisans. There are five bedrooms and four bathrooms on the first floor (the fifth bathroom being on the ground floor and doubles as a laundry). Three of the double bedrooms sharing two large bathrooms open onto a large panoramic and furnished terrace with retractable awning whilst a fourth bedroom with en-suite bathroom overlooks the garden. A fifth bedroom is slightly apart and accessed from the fourth floor and has an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have televisions and WiFi internet access. The gardens are set out over 10,000 sqm and a large pool (6m x 18m) is located in a panoramic position and is well equipped with a solarium, gazebo and furniture. A separate annex by the pool is occupied by a very welcoming and discrete maid and her husband who look after the villa.
Location Situated just 1500m from the centre of Ravello, Villa Sorriso's secure gates open into a private carpark for 3-4 vehicles. 9 steps lead to the front entrance to the villa. Distances - Ravello centre - 1500m (cafe, restaurant, supermarket, bank, post, pharmacy, buses)

Special Notes for Villa Sorriso Please refer to our Terms and Conditions in respect to additional charges and extras applicable to rental villas and apartment accommodation. Refundable security deposit A refundable security deposit of € is payable on arrival at the villa. The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras. Additional services and charges - payable locally on arrival (in Euros): - Mid week and final cleaning costs are included in the villa rental amount. Midweek cleaning includes 4 hours of cleaning daily
- Two sets of bed and bath linen per week is included in the rental cost (changed on Wednesday and Saturday). Additional changes can be requested and will be charged at €12.00 per change per person;
- Utilities costs including electricity, air-conditioning, gas and water (but not heating) are included in the villa rental price;
- Heating (if required) is an additional cost of €20 per day;
- Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
Other information - The season for pool opening is - last Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October;
- Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager;
- Boats and bikes hire, food hampers, cooking and many other services mentioned on our booking form can be pre-arranged and prices will be provided on application.
