Bright and airy, the apartment has a beautiful panoramic terrace running along its length, equipped with a large table, sun beds, a swing and BBQ. From the terrace, a staircase leads to a garden with paved area, shaded by fruit trees and equipped with barbecue facilities and a gazebo (shared with La Baia apartment)

Comfortably furnished, it is ideal for those who love the beach and sun, but also like to explore the magnificent Sorrento Peninsula and Amalfi Coast.

The community of San Montano includes an enclave of private villas and apartments, enjoying uninterrupted views of the isle of Capri and the whole bay of Naples. Once a fishing community, the remnants of the small port have been converted into a semi enclosed swimming area with a small sandy beach for exclusive use of the community.
Noted for its privacy and tranquillity, this tiny community can only be reached by a private street descending off the coastal road that connects Sorrento with Massa Lubrense.

Position

La Baia is situated between Sorrento and Massalubrense. A cul-de-sac descends from the coastal road to arrive at the village of San Montano where the rental property is located.

2012 prices are provisional and may be revised, however most owners will accept bookings at 2011 prices until the new prices are confirmed. Please send an enquiry and we'll respond with a firm quote.

Refundable security deposit

A refundable security deposit of € 350.00 is payable on arrival at the villa (can be in equivalent $US or £GBP). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.

Additional services and charges - payable locally on arrival (in Euros):

• Electricity - Extra , metered and charged at € 0.35 per kw;
• Mandatory final cleaning fees: € 70.00 per week
• One set of bed and bath linen per week is included in the rental cost. Additional changes can be requested and will be charged at €12.00 per change per person;
• Late arrival fees – we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
• Heating (per week if required) - included in electricity consumption.
• ADSL available at €20.00 per week + mb at cost

• Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager;
• Boats and bikes hire, food hampers, cooking and many other services mentioned on our booking form can be pre-arranged and prices will be provided on application.

Sant'Agata sui due Golfi enjoys an enviable position on a hill between the Gulf of Naples and the Gulf of Salerno. It is the largest village in the Sorrento Peninsula and boasts a few Michelin starred restaurants (Don Alfonso - Taverna del Capitano) and many other fine restaurants and trattorias in the vicinity.
