Description This lovely family holiday villa is situated in Termini, in the district of Massa Lubrense, about 12 km from Sorrento, beautiful and unspoilt locality. One of the attractions of this little village is the spectacular view over the island of Capri and the Sorrento Peninsula, as well as a host of restaurants, shops and bars, all within walking distance from the villa. The whole area is heaven for walkers and food lovers: it is crossed by a network of ancient pedestrian tracks, linking every hamlet of the Sorrento Peninsula to old farmhouses, little coves and bays, local restaurants and trattorias. Some of these tracks lead to places of archaeological interest, remains of Roman villas and mythical sites of Greek temples. Villa Campanella is surrounded by an enormous garden on several levels, with lush lawns punctuated by palm, lemon, olive and fruit trees. From the gardens and its terraces, one can enjoy a gorgeous view of the Isle of Capri and the surrounding hills. An expansive portico hosts an outdoor dining set and table tennis, mini soccer, along with other children's toys. Ideal for a family or for a group of friends, the villa accommodation consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms at the first floor, with the kitchen, living room and another bathroom at ground floor. Special Notes for Villa Campanella 2012 prices are provisional and may be revised, however most owners will accept bookings at 2011 prices until the new prices are confirmed. Please send an enquiry and we'll respond with a firm quote. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions in respect to additional charges and extras applicable to rental villas and apartment accommodation. A refundable security deposit of € 500 is payable on arrival at the villa. The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras. Additional services and charges - payable locally on arrival (in Euros): - Mandatory cleaning fees: €200 .00 per week,including 2 hours of maid service twice weekly, final cleaning on Saturdays and on departure;

- One set of bed and bath linen per week is included in the rental cost. Additional changes can be requested and will be charged at €6.00 per change per person;

- Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if possible) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
