DescriptionThe geographical position of the Palazzo and its country house is optimal, being situated just a few hundred metres from the Mincio river, one and a half kilometres from Peschiera on the shores of Lake Garda and half a kilometre from the motorway entrance. The apartments are spacious and elegantly furnished, including services such as satellite TV, air-conditioning, heating, wireless ADSL internet connection and telephone. The grounds around the Palazzo are from the once great estate and a stately line of trees lines the entrance from the former front gate to the manor house. Nowadays, the fields have given way to the development of an 18 hole championship golf course and the owners have preserved a lovely area of parkland separating the course from the Palazzo. Of course there is a lovely swimming pool for the use of guests and this overlooks the nearby fairways.

Palazzo La Corte - 1 bedroom Situated on the ground floor, there are two one bedroom apartments opening into a large central courtyard. Fully airconditioned and heated, the apartments have kitchen facilities, and an open plan lounge and dining room.

Palazzo La Corte - 2 bedroom Eleven two bedroom apartments, sleeping 4 guests (or 6 if using the divan bed) are located on the ground and first floors of the palazzo. Each rental apartment has full self catering facilities and two bathrooms. Occupying 70 sqm each, they are very spacious and the interiors are coordinated and of the highest quality. Of course each apartment is fully air-conditioned and heated and the rental price includes these services.

Palazzo La Corte - 3 bedroom Suitable for families or groups of friends travelling together, the three bedroom apartments at Palazzo la Corte have the advantage of three lovely bathrooms per apartment. Elegantly furnished and featuring exposed timber beams, typical Italian 'cotto' floor tiles and quality fabrics, the apartments offer a high level of comfort and excellent services.

Special Notes for Palazzo la Corte, Lake Garda, Italy 2012 prices are provisional and may be revised, however most owners will accept bookings at 2011 prices until the new prices are confirmed. Please send an enquiry and we'll respond with a firm quote. Some apartments have small private gardens attached for which a supplement of €140.00 must be added (€210 for bilocale in peak season). Please request at the time of placing your inquiry. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions in respect to rental villas and apartment accommodation. Refundable security deposit A refundable security deposit of € 250 is payable on arrival at the property. The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras. General Information: - Normal arrival times are between 15:00 (3:00pm) and 18:00 (6pm). Departure is by 10:00 on the day of departure. Arrivals outside these hours will incur a late arrival fee of €50 payable at the time of arrival;
- Please note that laundry facilities are provided in a common laundry, not as private facilities in each apartment;
- The season for pool opening is from the beginning of May to the end of October;
- Palazzo la Corte has negotiated generous concessions for local activities, including:
- Golf - 20% off public rates at Paradiso and discounts at six other nearby courses;
- Discounts for wellness centre, tennis court use and nearby restaurants
Services included and extras: - Heating, air-conditioning, gas, water and electricity are all included in villa rental prices
- Final cleaning and a full clean on Saturdays for multi week stays are included in apartment rental prices.
- One set of bed and bath linen per week is included. Additional changes may be requested at the cost of €12 per person. Beach/pool towels are not provided;
- Additional maid service can be requested at a cost of € 20.00 per hour
- Telephone calls and internet use will be charged on the basis of consumption;
- High chairs and cots are available at an additional cost of € €60 per week
- Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager;

Desenzano
Lake Garda, whose waters are famed for their transparency, is the largest in Italy and was much loved by Virgil, Catullus and Goethe. The town of Desenzano is the largest and liveliest in the south of Lake Garda; its central picturesque piazza is situated on a cobbled pedestrian walk that winds its way around the contour of the lake, providing a wonderful opportunity to experience the daily passeggiata and inspiring views up the lake. Malcesine lies on the eastern side of the lake. This town is the most important one on this side of the lake and also one of the most beautiful ones on the whole of the lake.
