Description This old stone country house is located inside the medieval perimeter only few meters away from the parish church. The accommodation has been restored with attention to detail and much care has been taken with the furniture which is exclusively antique, in accordance with the taste and atmosphere of medieval times. The villa is centrally heated to add to its cosiness.
The swimming pool which is shared with a neighbouring property, is 500 mt. from the house and can be reached by an evocative avenue lined with cypress trees (about 7 minutes by foot).
PositionVilla Cetona is located in the hamlet of Camporsevoli, two km up an unmade quartz road from the main road. Distances: - Closest village is Piazze at 2 Km (shops, bank, post office),

Please refer to our Terms and Conditions in respect to additional charges and extras applicable to rental villas and apartment accommodation. Refundable security depositA refundable security deposit of € 250.00 is payable on arrival at the villa (can be in equivalent $US or £GBP). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras. Additional services and charges - payable locally on arrival (in Euros):- Mandatory cleaning fees: € 80.00 per week including 2 hours of maid service midweek, final cleaning on Saturdays and on departure;
- One set of bed and bath linen per week is included in the rental cost. Additional changes can be requested and will be charged at €12.00 per change per person;
- Late arrival fees. We will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
- Telephone not available;
- Electricity is included in the villa rental price;
- Heating (per week if required) - according to use of gas or electricity.
Other information- The season for pool opening is - mid May to the last Saturday in September;
- Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager;
- Boats and bikes hire, food hampers, cooking and many other services mentioned on our booking form can be pre-arranged and prices will be provided on application.
