The private entrance to apartment Le Vite on the first floor of Il Rustico winds around a cobbled walkway from the car parking space. The entrance door at the rear of the property opens into a good sized living room, warmly decorated in country tones and wooden furniture which harmonise with the stone walls and timber ceilings.

The kitchen is simple, but well equipped and has an open plan design with table and chairs for meals.

Two bedrooms, one equipped with an ensuite bathroom, enjoy wonderful views over the surrounding hills and valleys. The second bedroom has a third bed and use of a bathroom adjacent to the entrance.

A path leads down to the swimming pool area which is on a separate terrace between the two levels. The area is equipped with outdoor sun furniture, a hammock and overlooks the valleys. On a further terraced level, there is a table for outside dining and a barbeque.

A security deposit of €150 is required to be deposited in cash on arrival and will be fully refunded on departure subject to any damage that has been caused during the stay.

Additional services and charges - payable locally on arrival (in Euros):

• Final cleaning fees are included in the price of the villa. Additional cleaning can be requested at an additional cost of €50.
  
• One set of bed and bath linen per week is included in the rental cost. Additional changes can be requested and will be charged at €5.00 per change per person;
• Late arrival fees. We will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;

• Electricity consumption is included;
• Heating (if required) - €20 per day.

• Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager;
