Description

This country house is luminous and bright with good access from the ground floor living areas onto the garden.

On the ground floor are a lounge with pool table, dining room and kitchen with access to garden, a double room with the possibility to add two additional beds, a bathroom with shower suitable for handicapped, a further bathroom with shower.

Stairs leading to the first floor where there are two double bedrooms with dressing room and en-suite bathrooms (one with bathtub, one with shower), a double bedroom with possibility of adding a cot, and a twin bedroom sharing a bathroom with shower.

Villa Ortaia has a large garden with a pergola equipped for outdoor dining and the fenced swimming pool (6m x 12m) with Roman steps.

The villa is situated on a small asphalted road, approximately 1km from the nearest village. A gate leads into a parking area.

Refundable security deposit

A refundable security deposit of €300 is payable on arrival at the villa (can be in equivalent $US or £GBP). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.

Additional services and charges - payable locally on arrival (in Euros):

• Final cleaning charges are included in the rental price. Additional mid-week cleaning may be requested at €50 per clean.
• One set of bed and bath linen per week is included in the rental cost. Additional changes can be requested and will be charged at €6.00 per change per person;
• Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
• All utilities (except heating) are included in the villa rental price
• Heating (per week if required) -  €70.

Other information

• A welcome basket (for first breakfast) is included in the rental price
• The season for pool opening is from June to September ;
• Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager;
• Boats and bikes hire, food hampers, cooking and many other services mentioned on our booking form can be pre-arranged and prices will be provided on application.
