DescriptionStairs descend from a shared parking area to a furnished rear terrace and the main door opening into the entrance area on the middle level. There is a large living room with several couches, open fireplace and dining table with windows looking out two sides over the pool and garden areas. On the left is the kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, double sink, oven, 5 burner hob, and refrigerator). Internet access is via a mobile internet key and is provided on request, free of charge. Stairs lead down to the bottom level where there is a large double room/studio and a single bedroom exiting onto the garden/pool area both sharing a bathroom with bath. On the upper floor there is a twin bedroom, a small reading area, bathroom with bath and a double-bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The garden and pool area can be reached by a path from the terrace area that leads down to the solarium next to the pool. Surrounding the above ground pool is a wooden deck with a handrail. It takes approximately 20mins to walk to the railway station, or 30 minutes to reach the beach at Levanto and rental bikes are available if required. Like so many of the Ligurian properties, the property is worn but provides for the basic comforts and is therefore great value for money.

Special Notes for Casa Torre Please refer to our Terms and Conditions in respect to additional charges and extras applicable to rental villas and apartment accommodation. Refundable security deposit A refundable security deposit of €500 is payable on arrival at the villa. The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras. Additional services and charges - payable locally on arrival (in Euros): - Mandatory cleaning fees of €100 .00 per week are payable on arrival at the villa. The charges include changeover on Saturdays and final cleaning on departure;
- One set of bed and bath linen per week is included in the rental cost. Additional changes can be requested and will be charged at €12.00 per change per person;
- Utilities costs (except heating) are included in the villa rental price;
- Heating (if required) is an additional cost based on the consumption of energy;
- Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
Other information - The season for pool opening is - mid May to end September;
- Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager;
- Boats and bikes hire, food hampers, cooking and many other services mentioned on our booking form can be pre-arranged and prices will be provided on application.

Monterosso
Monterosso is the first official village of the Cinque Terra from the northern end. More open than the other villages, it features a lovely beach and the town is split in two by a prominant headland through which passes a pedestrian tunnel. > more

Corniglia, the middle town between Vernazza and Manarola is a hill town and significantly quieter than the other towns. It has a lovely main thoroughfare with a shaded and quiet piazza with an outdoor cafe. The thoroughfare finishes at a lovely scenic balcony overlooking the sea.> more
