The villa, surrounded by a well-kept Mediterranean garden with lawn, offers wide, panoramic terraces from where one can enjoy stunning views of the sea and its cliffs, which are easily reachable on foot from the property. Its spacious exterior space and beautiful pool are complemented by its cosy, bright interiors, designed to maximise comfort and offer a warm atmosphere, that makes it the perfect spot to spend many happy hours.

The property, ideal for a family or a small group of friends, consists of a main building with dining room, living room, two kitchens, three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a detached annexe furnished in a more simple style and containing a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The accommodation is surrounded by a rock garden and a beautiful grassy spot with bbq area. It has two outdoor eating areas, one facing west, the other facing east, ensuring shady retreats at all times of the day.

This perfectly located villa also enables guests to easily reach the most charming towns and landscapes of the southern part of Sicily: from the baroque towns of Siracusa, Noto, Palazzolo Acreide and Ragusa-Ibla, to the renowned sandy beaches of Arenella and Fontane Bianche, as well as Capo Passero and the nature reserves of Cavagrande del Cassibile and of the Oasi di Vendicari.

Villa Miluna is accessed through a large gate off a secondary road. A short driveway leads to the parking area adjacent to the villa.

Fanusa

Close to Syracuse, Fanusa is a small residential area of mainly seaside properties surrounded by olive groves and vegetable gardens and situated just 7km from the old centre of Syracuse. The seaside is mainly rocky with some small sandy beaches with crystal clear water whilst beautiful sandy beaches are nearby at Arenella (3km) and Fontane Bianche (10km)

Refundable security deposit

A refundable security deposit of € 500.00 is payable on arrival at the property, in cash (euro) or double signed travellers' cheques. No other form of payment will be accepted. The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.

General Information:

Normal arrival times are between 15:30 (3:30pm) and 19:00 (7pm). Check out is by 10.00 on the day of departure.

The pool is open all year round

Services included:

Utilities, maid service midweek and final cleaning on departure

Extras - supplied and payable locally

Electricity is included up to 300 Kw; excess is payable extra at €0.25 per Kw.

Additional changes of linen may be requested at the cost of €12 per person.

Food shopping and delivery: Eur 20.00, plus cost of food

Additional maid service can be requested at a cost of € 12 per hour

Baby sitting: Eur 12.00 per hour

Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late or Sunday  arrivals. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
