Description Villa Bonfaede is a typical Sicilian 'baglio' style property secured by walls around the perimeter and opening into a generous internal courtyard. On the left is the entrance to the villa with a nice shaded veranda furnished for outdoor dining and on the right a dependence with separate kitchen and bathroom. A gate in the wall leads to a sandy track directly onto the beach. The villa is air-conditioned for summer comfort. The interior of the villa is cosy and bright, tastefully furnished in a pleasant country style. The furnished veranda in the courtyard opens into a well appointed kitchen with breakfast table. A large open space living/dining room opens directly onto the courtyard on one side and into a breezeway on the other side that is covered and furnished with bbq and a further outdoor table. External stairs lead up to a beautiful terrace on the first floor that enjoys wonderful beach and sea views. The terrace is also accessible from two of the bedrooms on the first floor. There are four bedrooms, one double and two singles on the first floor sharing a bathroom and a further double in the dependence with separate bathroom. Between the living room and kitchen on the first floor there is a further service bathroom (no shower or bath). On the beach there are some bathing establishments to the left where one can rent sunbeds, umbrellas etc or enjoy an open air meal in one of the kiosks. To the right is a long expanse of white sandy public beach for relaxing, swimming etc. The villa is locate near the attractive seaside town of Marsala where there is a lovely medieval pedestrian only centre and some wonderful trattorias. The larger town of Trapani is approximately 40 klm also with its medieval seaside centre.
Position The villa is located at the beach end of a cul-de-sac. A long driveway leads to a parking area and double adjacent gates provide secure entrance to the courtyard. Distances: - Nearest shops - 1 km

Special Notes for Villa Bonafede, Sicily, Italy Please refer to our Terms and Conditions in respect to additional charges and extras applicable to rental villas and apartment accommodation. Refundable security deposit A refundable security deposit of €500 is payable on arrival at the property. The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras. General Information: Normal arrival times are between 15:30 (3:30pm) and 19:00 (7pm). Departure is by 9:30 on the day of departure. Services included and extras: - Final cleaning is included in the villa rental price provided the villa is left 'broom clean'. An additional charge may be deducted from the security deposit if rubbish is not removed, dishes washed etc. Additional maid service may be requested at a cost of €12 per hour
- One set of bed and bath linen per week is included. Additional changes may be requested at the cost of €12 per person. Beach/pool towels are not provided;
- Electricity consumption is included up to 200 Kwh. Additional consumption will be charged at €0.25 per kw.
- Kitchen gas and water costs are included
- A child's cot is available on (prior) request at no additional charge
- A welcome pack of breakfast products is offered by the owner and a shopping hamper may be ordered at an additional cost of €20 + the cost of purchases.
- Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
- Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager;

Perched on the side of Monte Tauro, the town offers fantastic views of the coast and Mt. Etna volcano as well as good hiking paths.
