Description Villa Belice is a villa designed in 1988 as a beach retreat for its owners, resident at Palermo. Enjoying a unique position within the later declared Belice Nature Reserve, it has direct access to the beach through a back gate that leads 300m down through coastal scrub to the white sandy beach. The villa has been designed to make the most of the beachside position enjoying sundecks on two levels, a large furnished partially shaded terrace that attracts the sea breeze on hot summer days and windows taking advantage of the wonderful sea views. On the ground level from the large terrace, large sliding glass doors lead into a comfortable living room furnished in in summery fabrics. The entrance to the kitchen with breakfast table is off to one side and also opens separately onto the large terrazzo. A corridor leading from the living room leads to three of the bedrooms and a bathroom, whilst stairs lead up to the first floor where there is a double bedroom and further bathroom, beautiful sunroom with sea views and a sheltered terrazzo perfect for spring or autumn sun baking.
Position The villa is positioned 300m from the beach in between Porto Palo di Menfi and Selinunte, both of which are approx 3km on foot along the beach but much further in the car. There is a spacious carpark inside the electrically controlled gates at the front of the villa Distances - Porto Palo - 8km

Special Notes for Villa Belice, Selinunte, Italy 2012 prices are provisional and may be revised, however most owners will accept bookings at 2011 prices until the new prices are confirmed. Please send an enquiry and we'll respond with a firm quote. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions in respect to additional charges and extras applicable to rental villas and apartment accommodation. Refundable security deposit A refundable security deposit of €500 is payable on arrival at the property. The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras. General Information: - Normal arrival times are between 15:30 (3:30pm) and 19:00 (7pm). Departure is by 9:30 on the day of departure.
- The swimming pool is open from mid May to September;
Services included and extras: - Final cleaning of €150 is an extra that is not included in villa rental and payable on arrival at the villa;
- One set of bed and bath linen per week is included. Additional changes may be requested at the cost of €12 per person. Beach/pool towells are not provided;
- All utilities costs are included except for air-conditioning and heating which are an extra based on the consumption of energy;
- Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
