All of the one bedroom apartments have unique layouts and characteristics and eight are equipped for accommodating two additional guests on divan beds in living rooms. Apartments without this capability will have compensating characteristics such as large bedrooms or a private porch and garden. An example of the facilities are as follows:

Giacinto (41 sqm - sleeps 2+2) First floor - Living room with kitchen corner (fridge, 3 electric plates and small electric oven upon request); one double bedroom (queen size bed) and a shower bathroom. Double sofa bed available in the living room.

Geranio (sleeps 2). Apartment on two levels with covered veranda and private garden. Entrance on ground floor into living room with kitchen corner, up stairs to bedroom with ensuite bathroom

Iris (41 sqm - sleeps 2+2) Ground floor - Living room with a kitchen corner (fridge, 3 electric plates and small electric oven upon request); one double bedroom (queen size bed) and a shower bathroom. Double sofa bed available in the living room. This apartment is equipped for disabled customers (supplement payable).

Refundable security deposit

A refundable security deposit of €150.00 is payable on arrival at the Borgo (can be in equivalent $US or £GBP). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.

Additional services and charges payable locally (in Euros):

• Mandatory cleaning fees of € 70.00 in one bedroom and €80.00 per week in other apartments.
• One set of bed and bath linen per week is included in the rental cost. Additional changes can be requested and will be charged at €15.00 per change per person;
• A change of towells is available at a cost of €15 for a set of three (s,m,l)
• Heating is available at a cost of €12 per day
• Small pets are allowed at an additional cost of €60 per week
• Additional beds can be rented at a cost of €55 per week
• Baby beds are available at a cost of €20 per week
• A towell for the swimming pool is available at a rent of €8.00
• Communal washing machines are available at a cost of €6 per wash

Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;

Other information

• The season for pool opening is - 1 May to 15 October;
• Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager;
• Boats and bikes hire, food hampers, cooking and many other services mentioned on our booking form can be pre-arranged and prices will be provided on application.
