Description

Apartment Frantoio (oil press) is on the ground floor at the far end of the Borgo. A covered portico leads to the entrance door of the 180 sqm apartment which has an adjacent outdoor area for alfresco dining or relaxing. The entrance leads into a living room with divan and several easy chairs. Through a broad arch there is another living / dining room with raised fireplace and divan. Off to one side is an antique dining table for six, adjacent to a well equipped kitchen (with dishwasher).

Sleeping accommodation comprises two bedrooms, one a double and the other a very large triple bedroom. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. The apartment has independent heating, satellite TV, ADSL internet access and a telephone.

In the event that Apartment Frantoio is not available, there is a further apartment (Sete - Silk) of the same standard (165 sqm) set out on two levels with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living and a living/dining room, kitchen with dishwasher and outdoor table and chairs for the same price.

Refundable security deposit

A refundable security deposit of € 260.00 is payable on arrival at the apartments (can be in equivalent $US or £GBP). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.

Additional services and charges - payable locally (in Euros):

• Mandatory cleaning fees of €80 .00 per week are payable and include a mid week change of linen, final cleaning on Saturdays and on departure;
• An indoor garage is available at a cost of €10 per night;
• Late arrivals are allowed between the hours of 7pm and midnight if preadvised.
• Telephone - charged according to useage;
• ADSL - charged on a time basis;
• Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally through the reception area;

Other information

• The season for pool opening is - mid May to end of September;
• From June through September live concert with cocktail reception every Monday and in winter, 'Spaghetti and Jazz';
• A communal laundry is provided free of charge
• Mountain bikes are provided free of charge
• Arrival times are between 5pm and 7pm and departure times between 8am and 10am
