The apartment Glicine is on the ground floor and slightly smaller than the apartment Vignetto which provides the same accommodation over two levels. The Glicine apartment has two bathrooms, whilst the Vignetto apartment has an additional sitting room with single divan bed that could be used by an additional guest.

Ground floor: Living-/dining-room with kitchen corner (four burner cooktop, electric oven, refrigerator, sink), open fireplace, 1 double bedroom and 1 single sofa-bed, 1 double bedroom, 2 bathrooms, one of which with bath and one suitable for handicapped persons, with a bath and shower.

Vigneto (110 m², 5 + 1 pers.)
Ground floor: Entrance with small lounge (single sofa-bed), living-/dining-room with kitchen corner (four burner cooktop, electric oven, refrigerator, sink) and open fire place. First floor: 1 double or twin bedroom with extra bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath and shower.

Refundable security deposit

A refundable security deposit of €200.00 per apartment and €500 for Villetta Rosetta is payable on arrival (can be in equivalent $US or £GBP). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.

Services included and extras

• Included in the holiday apartment rental are electricity, gas, house linen (not pool towels), use of the pools, solarium, outdoor areas, BBQ's.
• Final cleaning fees are included if the apartment is left in an orderly fashion;
• Additional cleaning can be requested at a cost of €15 per hour
• One set of bed and bath linen per week is included in the rental cost. Additional changes can be requested and will be charged at €15.00 per change per person;
• Heating charges are extra and are charged based on hours of use (there is a counter). The costs are per hour are as follows; Edera € 0,55, Margherita € 0,90, Glicine € 1,10, Vigneto € 1,20 and Il Roseto € 2,30 per hour.
• Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;

Other information

• Between the months of May and September, prices include a guided visit of the herb garden and a lunch cooked using fresh herbs and vegetables.
• Arrival time is between 3:00pm and 7:00pm, and checkout time is before 9:30am on the day of departure.
• The season for pool opening is from the beginning of May to the end of September (may be extended into October depending on the weather)
• Gloria, the local manager is most accommodating and can assist in booking local cooks, cooking lessons, massages, tours of the herb garden, olive oil factories or wineries.
• Fresh bread and newspapers are usually available daily.
