One bedroom standard suites are spacious and have a large lounge with sofabed and a kitchen in a cupboard, a large bedroom and bathroom with shower (no baths). Guests are welcome to use the outdoor common areas where tables have been set up under the large cypress trees or in the woods for alfresco dining or picnics.

Raffaello 2+2 (mq.50) on the first floor

Delightful interiors and well laid out, apartment Raffaello has an entrance into the spacious living room with kitchen corner (fridge, sink, hotplate, crockery), and sofa bed. A door leads through to a comfortable and homely double bedroom and bathroom (shower only). This apartment can be connected to Michelangelo if two groups are holidaying together.

Botticelli 2+2 (mq. 50) on the second floor

A lovely suite on the second floor. The entrance opens into a small hall with bathroom (shower only) off to one side and some wardrobes. This opens into a lovely spacious living/dining room with a kitchen in a cupboard (fridge, sink, hotplate, crockery), television, divan bed and windows overlooking the country side. A further door leads through into an equally spacious bedroom which occupies a corner position and has stunning views and a very comfortable bed.

Luca della Robbia 2+2 (mq. 57) on the second floor

A further apartment similar in character to Botticelli with one large bright living/dining space and corner kitchen with wonderful views opening into a large well furnished bedroom and a recently refurbished bathroom (shower only).

Refundable security deposit

A refundable security deposit of €100 is payable on arrival at the property. The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.

General Information:

• Normal arrival times are between 16:30 (3:30pm) and 19:00 (7pm). Departure is by 10:30 on the day of departure.
• The season for pool opening is mid May to the end of September;

Services included and extras:

• Prices are inclusive of final cleaning, water, gas, electricity and swimming pool use;
• One set of bed and bath linen per week is included. Additional changes may be requested at the cost of €12 per person. Beach/pool towels are not provided;
• High chairs and cots are available. Please apply for the costs of hiring;
• Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
• Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager;
