The main villa of La Frasca is split between two, four bedroom apartments. Occupying respective ends of the villa, each apartment is set out on two levels and each room has rural views. Both of the apartments are elegantly furnished and have been designed to be fully communicating in the event of a single group.

La Frasca farmhouse and fienile (barn)

La Frasca is a spacious elegant colonial home that can sleep up to 20 people. The colonial house, which overlooks the tenuta's vineyards, is surrounded by a green expanse to ensure privacy as well as to allow for outdoor dinners and ceremonies.

Houses are furnished with air conditioning and heating in all rooms, a security alarm system, satellite TV/DVD and stereo, telephone/fax and ADSL connections. All bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer.

Kitchen furnishings comprise: cooker with electric oven, dish washer, microwave oven, large refrigerator, American coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle.

The villa and detached barn have an independent swimming-pool (7.5 X 15 m, min. depth 1.20/max. 2.60 m) equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun beds, besides an external laundry room (2 washing machines, tumble-dryer). Extensive outdoor space with garden tables and chairs, barbecue and 2 private parking areas.

Frasca 1

Main house, (250 sq.mt.), sleeps 8, ground floor + first floor

Ground floor: large entrance, kitchenette (electric cooker and oven, dish washer, microwave oven, large refrigerator), study (tel, fax, PC + Internet connection) and dining-room with access to the external patio with barbecue; 1 twin-bed room with attached bathroom (bath and shower); 1 double-bed room with attached bathroom (only shower).

First Floor: large sitting-room with fireplace (satellite TV, stereo, DVD reader), 1 twin-bed room with attached bath (bath and shower), 1 double bed room with attached bath (only shower).

Frasca 2

Main house, (250 sq.mt), sleeps 8, ground floor + first floor

Ground floor: veranda that can be fully opened, dining-room, large kitchen (large refrigerator, 6 burner gas cooker, electric oven, microwave oven, dish washer), large sitting-room with fireplace (satellite TV, stereo, DVD reader), 1 twin-bed room with attached bathroom (bath and shower).

First Floor: large study (tel, fax, PC + Internet connection), 1 twin-bed room with attached bathroom (bath and shower), 2 double-bed rooms with attached bathroom (only shower).

Refundable security deposit

A refundable security deposit of €300 is payable on arrival at the property (can be in equivalent $US or £GBP). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.
