La Lecceta farmhouse and barn

Rising on a gentle hill that overlooks neat rows of grapevines, the Lecceta farmhouse comprises the main villa divided into 4 apartments that sleep 29 and, 25 metres away, the refurbished barn providing accommodation for a further 4 guests. Every apartment is comfortably furnished according to the local tradition and is fitted with modern facilities.

All apartments are equipped with air conditioning and heating in all rooms, satellite TV, stereo, telephone, fax, ISDN line and security alarm system. All bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer. Kitchens are fitted with a 4 burner electric cooker, oven, dish washer and refrigerator.

Every apartment has its own outdoor space furnished with garden table and chairs and a sun umbrella. The five Lecceta apartments have a swimming-pool in common (7.5X15, min. depth 120 m/max. 2.60 m) equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun beds, and the farmhouse also has a common laundry room with washing machine and tumble-dryer.

La Quercia

Ground floor (133 sq.mt.), sleeps 6: large sitting-room/dining-room with fireplace, kitchenette, 1 double-bed room with attached bathroom (bath), 1 double-bed room with attached shower (designed for the disabled), 1 twin-bed room, 1 WC and 1 shower. All rooms access the garden.

La Sequoia

First Floor (147 sq.mt.), sleeps 6: sitting-room / dining-room, drawing-room, kitchenette, 2 double-bed rooms with attached bathroom (bath / shower), 1 twin-bed room with attached bathroom (bath / shower).

Refundable security deposit

A refundable security deposit of €300 is payable on arrival at the property (can be in equivalent $US or £GBP). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.

Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
