DescriptionSitting on a hill and quite close to town, Villa La Capannina looks over the local patchwork of farms and rolling hills with the Castle of Figline standing in the distance. It has a very harmonious and relaxing view with subtle changes of colour in each season of the year. The villa has been furnished throughout with a touch of personality from the owner who is a keen muralist and features a beautiful open kitchen with fireplace, typical wooden beams and cotto tile floors.

 Palazzone
Palazzone is a small characteristic Tuscan village in the hills below San Casciano dei Bagni. A tiny centre with just two cafes, bars, some well stocked general stores, post and some excellent local wine cellars, it has everything one could wish for on a self-catering holiday. The village is practically closed to traffic being a medieval town with very narrow roads. As a result the central piazza is a lively place for locals to meet for a coffee and converse. The local area has sport fields, tennis courts and some lovely country walks. We offer a selection of rental villas in the Palazzone area including some that are walking distance from the village. > more

Special Notes for La Capannina, Tuscany, Palazzone, Italy2012 prices are provisional and may be revised, however most owners will accept bookings at 2011 prices until the new prices are confirmed. Please send an enquiry and we'll respond with a firm quote. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions in respect to additional charges and extras applicable to rental villas and apartment accommodation. Refundable security depositA refundable security deposit of € 300.00 is payable on arrival at the villa (can be in equivalent $US or £GBP). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras. Additional services and charges - payable locally on arrival (in Euros):- Cleaning fees are included in the villa rental price and include 2 hours of maid service twice midweek, change on Saturdays and final cleaning on departure;
- One set of bed and bath linen per week is included in the rental cost. Additional changes can be requested and will be charged at €12.00 per change per person;
- Late arrival fees. We will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;

- Electricity costs are included in the villa rental price;
- Heating (per week if required) - according to use of gas or electricity.
Other information- The season for pool opening is mid May to the last Saturday in September;
- Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager;
- Boats and bikes hire, food hampers, cooking and many other services mentioned on our booking form can be pre-arranged and prices will be provided on application.
