Description

This comfortable house has been completely restored and tastefully furnished in the typical style of an old Tuscan farmhouse with beamed ceilings and cotto tiled floors. The villa has colour washed walls throughout and the furnishings in the living room are in keeping with the style of the villa and open fireplace.

Set in its own grounds, with lawned gardens, one can enjoy beautiful views over the surrounding countryside whilst relaxing by the swimming pool. A pergola area just outside the villa provides a perfect spot for dining outdoors and taking in the rich country scents.

San Casciano dei Bagni is a lovely small village and thermal spa area in the hills of the Chiana valley. The picturesque village is surrounded by typically tuscan landscape - rolling hills, olive groves and lovely pencil cypress trees. Refundable security deposit

A refundable security deposit of € 300.00 is payable on arrival at the villa (can be in equivalent $US or £GBP). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.

Additional services and charges - payable locally on arrival (in Euros):

• Final cleaning fees of € 10.00 per person are payable on arrival;
• One set of bed and bath linen per week is included in the rental cost. Additional changes can be requested and will be charged at €12.00 per change per person;
• Late arrival fees. We will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
• Telephone not available;
• Electricity costs are included in the villa rental price;
  
• Heating (per week if required) - according to use of gas or electricity.

• The season for pool opening is mid May to the last Saturday in September;
• Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager;
• Boats and bikes hire, food hampers, cooking and many other services mentioned on our booking form can be pre-arranged and prices will be provided on application.

Celle sul Rigo is a panoramic hilltop village in Southern Tuscany with great views over Mount Amiata, Radicofani and the rolling hills towards the Val d'Orcia. You'll not find much tourism at Celle, it is a small, pleasant, characteristic Tuscan village with a friendly local population, a nice selection of bars, trattorias and general stores, and a lively piazza with great views over the Chiana valley.
