Description

The entrance from the street leads up a series of 15 garden steps to the front door of apartment Giardino. A secure front door leads into a comfortable living / dining room with a triple divan, two lounge chairs, an open fireplace and views out to the garden/courtyard. A dining table with 6 places is located adjacent to the servery of the kitchen. An opening leads through into a corridor with a galley style kitchen (4burner hob, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine) which in turn provides access into the courtyard / garden (with an original well).

A twin bedroom and a large master bedroom also lead off the corridor and share views over a small piazza below. All and there is one bathroom (shower only). All rooms are heated / fully air-conditioned and every window is fitted with retractable fly screens.

For larger groups, apartment Giardino can be comfortably rented with the Fontanella apartment which is immediately below (although with separate entrance)

Refundable security deposit

A refundable security deposit of €200 is payable on arrival at the property. The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.

General Information:

• Normal arrival times are between 15:30 (3:30pm) and 19:00 (7pm). Departure is by 9:30 on the day of departure.
• Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager.
  

Services included and extras:

• Mandatory final cleaning costs of €30 must be paid on arrival at the property;
• One complete set of bed and bath linen per week is provided. Beach/pool towels are not provided;
• Electricity consumption is based on metered use at 30 cents per kw
• Heating, if required, is payable on the basis of consumption of gas
• Kitchen gas and water costs are included
• High chairs and cots are available at an additional cost of € €50 per week
• Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
