Description This villa is ideally located for easy access to Umbria's main cities being situated near Marciano, just 4km from the main road connecting Perugia with Todi and Rome. The property is fully equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV and the large games room have 2 billard tables and a small gymnasium. There are 2 wonderful swimming pools, one indoor (heated), and one outdoor. A beautiful, manicured garden surrounds the villa's, also a large furnished terrace complete with pool furniture, barbeque and furnished iron gazebo.

Just a few kilometers from Perugia, Marsciano, a town of medieval origin has over the centuries developed into a flourishing centre in the Middle Tiber valley due to its ceramics and brick industry. The historic center is accessed through the Porta Vecchia (old gate) where the remains of the Castle of the Counts of Marsciano can be seen (1004ad). A maze of narrow laneways typical of the middle ages leads to the parish church dedicated to St John the Baptist, patron saint of Marsciano. > more

Special Notes for Villa Maria, Perugia Italy Please note that the villa price published is for the main villa only with 16 guests. A supplement of €250 (low season) or €600 (med/high) is payable for use of the dependence for 4 additional guests. The dependence will not be rented separately. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions in respect to additional charges and extras applicable to rental villas and apartment accommodation. Refundable security deposit A refundable security deposit of €500 is payable on arrival at the villa. The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras. Additional services and charges - payable locally on arrival (in Euros): - Mandatory cleaning fees of € 300.00 per week are payable on arrival at the villa.
- One set of bed and bath linen per week is included in the rental cost. Additional changes can be requested and will be charged at €12.00 per change per person;
- Utilities costs (except heating) are included in the villa rental price, however electricity is only included up to 500kw per week. Additional consumption will be charged at the rate of €0.30 per kw;
- Water and domestic gas consumption are included in the rent of the villa;
- Heating (if required) is electric and will be charged according to the above electricity charges;
- Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
Other information - The season for outdoor pool opening is - June to September;
- Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager;
- Boats and bikes hire, food hampers, cooking and many other services mentioned on our booking form can be pre-arranged and prices will be provided on application.
