Technical description of Villa Victoria, Conigliano, Veneto, Italy

1. The Villa measures about 9,000 square feet (900sqm).
2. The dimensions of the pool are (24 feet X  40 feet (7.5m x 12m)) and the circumference of the rounded  Jacuzzi part of the pool is 9.8 feet (3m).
3. The A/C in the summer is an automatic climate control, which maintains the villa at around 20 celcius in the heat of the summer. The childrens room is usually about 18 Celsius as it is semi-underground.  The system is controlled automatically and cannot be changed by clients. It also controls the heat in the winter. The only A/C that is a separate unit is in the upper suite that can be controlled by a remote control. It is separate from all the other A/C in the house.
4. Appliances in the kitchen, wall oven, wall micro wave, solisa  professional wine cooler, Bosch dish washer, 6 burner professional gas stove, Amana Professional refrigerator with ice maker, triple stainless steel sinks, one with garbage disposal, automatic espresso machine.
5. There are three TVs in the house plus the cinema that can broadcast TV channels. There are TV's in the exercise room and in the suite (all flat panel) that can receive CNN and the other free to air channels. There is another in the children's room that can receive all cartoons etc.
