Description The elegant semi-detached Villa Filari is a perfect holiday retreat offering quality features including warm timber floors, exposed polished beams, and large spacious and airy rooms. The accommodation is on two floors, with a well equipped kitchen, dining and living rooms at ground floor and three bedrooms with two bathrooms upstairs. Sumptuous fabrics, luxurious soft furnishings, hand blown chandeliers, porcelain, crystal and magnificent frescoes characterise the villa interiors. All ground floor rooms open out onto the garden which features a beautiful covered pergola enjoying wonderful views over the vineyards and rolling hills of the countryside, a large lawn area and swimming pool (8m x 4m) area enjoying the same panorama. A separate tower approximately 15m from the main villa has self-contained accommodation for two, perfect for friends or parents accompanying a family. This accommodation is not let separately. Under the tower there is a lockup garage and six mountain bikes for use of villa guests. The semi detached villa is situated along a roadside, however thick walls and double glazing combined with tall fences and solid steel gates ensure a peaceful and private environment and the only discernible noise is near the parking area. Prices displayed are for groups of 4 guests. A supplement of €300 per additional guest to a total of 8 guests is payable (€100 for children).

Refundable security deposit A refundable security deposit of € 500.00 is payable on arrival at the property, in cash (euro) or double signed travellers' cheques. No other form of payment will be accepted. The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras. General Information: - Normal arrival times are between 15:00 (3:30pm) and 16:00 (4pm). Check out is by 10.00 on the day of departure.

The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
