Description The Giardino apartments are located in the San Polo area of central Venice, a short distance from the Grand Canal, Rialto bridge and the Rialto fish and fruit market. Notwithstanding its central position in Venice it is very quiet with only the quiet slapping of the gondolas that pass every so often. There are two entrances to the apartments, the two bedroom apartment is entered directly from the street into a front reception hall, whilst the one bedroom apartment has it's entrance through a locked gate into the private garden and through the front door from there. Each apartment has a bathroom and self-catering kitchen facilities.
Position The Giardino apartments can be reached by gondola, water taxi or on foot. Distances - Rialto Bridge - 760m

Ending at the Rialto bridge, the San Polo area is exactly in the centre of Venice, providing good access to all areas. The lively market area near the entrance to Rialto is handy to find a bargain, or shop for fresh produce to prepare at your apartment. Extending down to the San Rocco church, the area has many quaint canals, lovely piazzas and authentic trattorias (in Venice, try to avoid the 'tourist menu').> more

Ca' Giardino for 2 A comfortable studio apartment situated on the ground floor with direct access from a shady private garden of approximately 200 sqm. The accommodation is simple and elegant comprising a spacious combined bedroom / lounge room (with a superior quality divan bed), a separate kitchen and bathroom. The garden is equipped with a table with 6 chairs and umbrellas.

Ca' Giardino for 4 Decorated with white marble floors and a marble bathroom, the two large and comfortably furnished bedrooms of this apartment have lovely outlooks, one over the end of the private garden and the other with a door providing access into a common courtyard from which one can gain direct access to the canal.

Ca' Giardino for 6 There is a communicating door connecting the kitchen of the one bedroom unit to the corridor of the two bedroom apartment creating a three bedroom apartment with private garden, access to the courtyard and two bathrooms.

Special Notes for Ca' Giardino, San Polo, Venice, Italy Please refer to our Terms and Conditions in respect to rental villa and apartment accommodation. Refundable security deposit A refundable security deposit of €500.00 is payable on arrival at the property (credit card authorisation). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras. General Information: Normal arrival times are between 15:00 (3:00pm) and 19:30 (7:30 pm). Departure is by 10:00 on the day of departure. You will be met at the closest boat (Vaporetto) stop, unless you arrange a transfer in which event you will be met at the closest point to the apartment (please apply for water taxi prices) Services included and extras: - Final cleaning fees of €60.00 for the one bedroom and €75.00 for the two bedroom apartments are not included in weekly rental and are payable locally.
- The consumption of electricity, gas and water is included in the apartment rental price
- Heating and air-conditioning use are included in weekly apartment rental prices
- Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking (usually €55 to 23:00 and €70 thereafter). Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 70.00 payable to the local manager;
- Baby cots can be requested and a supplement of €70 per stay is payable on arrival. Please note that linen is not provided for cots. Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager.
- Amongst our staff, we have some excellent cooks who are available to prepare home cooked meals in your apartment incorporating typical Venetian dishes. Costs are based on time and ingredients - please apply.
